In consideration for tutoring, coaching, test preparation, college counseling, and consulting services provided by Anvil Consulting, the full invoice amount is due by the date indicated and is non-refundable. Regular billing occurs on September 1st, December 1st, and March 1st each year unless canceled with three (3) months’ written notice by either party. Sessions held during June, July, and August are billed separately and occur only upon client request. A non-refundable annual deposit is due December 1st each year; 50% of this deposit is credited toward the September 1st invoice. If the client cancels prior to September 1st, the deposit is forfeited. A 1% monthly late fee applies to any unpaid balance, and services will be paused if payment is more than 30 days overdue. If Anvil Consulting cancels or is unable to deliver any billed sessions or hours, the next invoice will reflect a discount or adjustment. Sessions missed or canceled by the client are non-refundable and may only be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Anvil Consulting. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Payment of an invoice constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
